Year 2020 - Urest was born!

Our 1st SIFM (Society & Integrated Facility Management) client was our own residential project. When faced by Covid-19 crisis in Royal Nest residential societies; our team did a hands-on job in managing high-sanitation, communication, security, general medical facilities and emergency support. In crisis, Urest SIFM was born.

Year 2022- Today!

UREST - SIFM (Society & Integrated Facility Management) company has it's presence in Delhi NCR, Amritsar-Punjab, Dharamshala-Himachal, Jaipur-Rajasthan, Ahmedabad-Gujarat, Jammu & Kashmir. Managing over 27.10 lac sq. Ft. facilities.

We cannot bill your insurance, but we will provide all the documentation that you need to file for reimbursement.

What is included with your free repair estimate?

All of our estimates include a fully detailed scope of the work to be completed. You will receive a written report with a breakdown of the cost and time estimated for your project.

How will you handle the scheduling of your work orders?

We communicate with you every step of the way. If we can see that we will not have the work completed by the agreed-upon time, we will reach out to get a new completion date.
