UFIRM: Our company, which focuses on property management and integrated facility management has stemmed out of Omkar Nests (P) Ltd.'s Royal Nest, a well-known and award-winning real estate brand that has successfully built and delivered more than 6 million square feet of residential and commercial projects over the course of the last 23 years and is still growing.

Year 2020 - SIFM Brand Urest was born!

Ufirm created a separate SIFM specialist division and named it UREST. Our 1st SIFM (Society & Integrated Facility Management) client was our own residential project. When faced by Covid-19 crisis in Royal Nest residential societies; our team did a hands-on job in managing high-sanitation, communication, security, general medical facilities and emergency support. In crisis, Urest SIFM was born.
